System · Five Rules

Strategy Engine

Discipline is not a feeling. It is a checklist. Nothing enters the book until every rule is green.

Rule 1

Flat 200 SMA Consolidation

The 200-period simple moving average must be visibly flat on the 2-minute, 5-minute, 15-minute, and hourly charts. This is your consolidation zone — the coil before the move.

Rule 2

Wait for the Breakout

Do not predict direction. Let price commit. When it breaks the consolidation — up or down — follow. The tape is the truth.

Rule 3

Enter on the Second Bar

After the breakout bar, wait for the second bar. If retracement is 50% or less of the first bar, enter with the trend. Full retrace? Stand down.

Rule 4

Stop Under the Second Bar

Hard stop placed just beyond the low (long) or high (short) of the second bar. Non-negotiable. The stop is the trade.

Rule 5

Trail with the 20 MA (15-min)

Ride the trend using the 20-period moving average on the 15-minute chart as your trailing stop. Let the market tell you when it's over.
